How to Order
CETI Line requests order information on purchase order form that shall provide detailed contact information, i.e. ASI #, company name, shipping address, telephone number, etc. This information will be used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders.
All layout proofs shall be signed and returned by fax. Please read the layout proof carefully and contact us immediately with any discrepancies or changes.
Artwork e-Mail Requirements
Subject: Your PO#
Your Company Name, ASI#, Contact, Phone #, Our Item #.
Please e-mail your artwork as PC formatted: EPS, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIF, BMP or an acceptable digital format.
Plate Setup Charge
Plate charge for 1 color, 1 location will be $40.
Reorder setup charge will be $20.
Color Charge and Location Charge
All prices include 1 color and 1 location. Additional color / location charge will be $0.20 per piece.
PMS Color Match
We will match PMS color at a cost of $30 per color, however, absolute match may not be able to guarantee.
Sample Order
We offer one sample for most of our items at no cost for most of the items. You just pay the freight charge. Please call your promotional products distributor for details.
Pre-production Sample
We offer pre-production samples at cost $40 per piece plus freight charge. Sample will take 1-2 working days.
Production Time
Our standard production time is 5-10 working days after artwork proof. We offer rush service 3 days, quantity 50-2000. The service cost is $80.
Freight Charge
Customers can choose shipping method and shall pay for all freight charges. We will not be responsible for goods lost, physical damage, or delay caused by carrier. All claims should be promptly filed by the receiver with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Drop Ship/Split Shipment
No additional charge. You just pay freight charge. We always use purchaser's address as shipper's address if drop ship requested.
Terms
Net term days with approved credit. All others must submit pre-payment with order. We accept all major credit cards. Production scheduling will not begin until all credit issues are settled.
Claims and Returns
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Return merchandise authorization must be granted and actual samples must be submitted for verification before order can be returned. We will issue a call tag for the samples return. If an RMA number granted, call tags will be issued for all products return. RMA number must be written on every return box.
